Peter H. Mantos

Peter brings more than thirty years of experience spanning executive technology leadership, software development, project and program management, organizational strategy, and IT governance.
His career spans both private industry and government, including a decade with Intel as an employee and contractor, employment with Siemens, and consulting engagements serving technology companies, small businesses, professional services, healthcare, and the energy industry.
In New Mexico state government, Peter served as a software developer and project manager across multiple agencies, as State CIO, and in a strategic IT advisory role on the Governor’s staff. During his service on the Governor’s staff, he authored New Mexico’s statewide cloud strategy.
In both executive government roles, Peter served on steering committees overseeing major, complex IT initiatives. This experience brings together executive decision-making, enterprise governance, strategic planning, and firsthand understanding of technology implementation and project delivery.
