Public-sector experience includes software development and project management across multiple state agencies, service as New Mexico State CIO, and strategic IT advisory responsibilities on the Governor’s staff. While serving on the Governor’s staff, Peter authored New Mexico’s statewide cloud strategy. In both executive roles, Peter served on steering committees overseeing major, complex IT initiatives, providing firsthand experience in enterprise governance, strategic planning, and large-scale project oversight.
