Yes, we do more than just listen; we ask some stupid questions, including the most important question: "Why?"
What are you truly trying to accomplish? That often leads to other questioning, through which,
we gain a better understanding
of your business and your core issues. Unless a person understands your problem, how can they hope to solve it?
We have discovered that by asking the right questions, the best solutions often come from you, the customer.

Few of us are rocket scientists or computer geniuses.
We don't fly rockets everyday, but most of us are expected to deal with computers daily.
We are not experts in your business area, but you get asked to be expert in ours.
That's not a realistic expectation. Computers are our business. We
know computing well and keep abreast of related issues and emerging technologies.
That expertise, coupled with years of experience, enables us to give practical, cost-effective
I.T recommendations, using
down-to-earth language; so that you can make the best choices for your organization.

Plan and Implement |

The value of advice is limited if it is not actionable.
We can help you plan your I.T projects and put them into action.
We help you find the right people to do the job,
communicate your needs to them in their terms, and help those
people succeed in helping you. The "right" people might already
be in your organization.
Sometimes, they are those who we recommend because of
the great work they do for some of our customers. Sometimes, we end up being the right
people to do the job.
Regardless of who implements the project, we can help set the direction, manage the project, and / or
get out of the way unless you need us.

Go Away |
|
We are not "done" until you are happy. That requires follow-up with you to make sure that
the deliverables are in fact delivered and the original goals (including performance and quality)
have been met. We sign off on "done" together.
After we help, we like to be able to go away. After all, how can we be "done",
if you still need us? Yes, we would be happy to support you after the fact;
but not because you require our support, rather because you want it.
In fact, some clients engage us to stick around, not to support some custom system,
but as part of their team, sharing in success.
