David Glarborg has over 15 years experience in the technical management of Information Systems and Operations for Fortune 500 companies including Digital Equipment, Intel, National Semiconductor, and Compaq. His technical expertise is without peer and spans the OpenVMS, Windows, and Unix computing environments. Dave has management experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, and in the direct supervision of technical personnel. Dave applies extraordinary technical troubleshooting skills and processes to business, people, and management issues in order to avoid problems.

Peter has twenty years of experience in the computer and software industries. He has held a variety of positions, ranging from being a junior programmer in a small software shop through leading automation departments at a Fortune 100 corporation to owning Mantos Consulting, Inc. He has an MS in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from the University of New Mexico. In addition to his fluency in many computer programming languages and operating systems, he finds that the most important and underutilized languages in Information Technology are the languages of people and of business.
